Welcome to pgames. By using this website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

1. We don't own the games

pgames is a directory that helps you find and play free browser games. With the exception of the games marked “pgames Original”, we do not own, develop, publish or host any of the games listed on this site. Every other game, along with its name, artwork, characters, music, trademarks and other content, belongs to its creators and rights holders.

Third-party games are loaded directly from the websites that host them, and embedded in our player. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of these developers, publishers or websites, including the sites listed in our catalog. Any product or company names are used only to identify the games.

2. Third-party websites

Because third-party games run on other websites, we don't control their content, availability, privacy practices, cookies or sound. Those websites have their own terms and policies, which apply when you play their games. We are not responsible for anything that happens on, or is provided by, a third-party website.

We try to list only games that load without advertising, and our tools remove games that show ads or stop working. Third-party sites can change at any time, though, so we can't guarantee that every game is available, safe for every audience, or ad-free.

3. Copyright and removal requests

We respect the rights of creators. If you own a game listed here and want it removed or its listing changed, contact us with the game's name and a link to its page and we will remove it promptly.

4. Using pgames

You may use pgames for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Please don't try to disrupt the site, misuse it for anything illegal, or copy and redistribute content that isn't ours.

5. Privacy

pgames has no accounts and does not collect personal information. Your favorites, recently played games, volume setting and high scores are stored only in your own browser (local storage), and you can delete them at any time by clearing your browser's site data. Third-party games may use their own cookies or storage.

To understand which pages and games are popular, we use Vercel Web Analytics. It counts page views anonymously and in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying or tracking you across websites.

6. No warranty

pgames is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the site or any game will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pgames and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or of any third-party game or website.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use pgames after a change means you accept the updated terms.
